Enterprise
OSHGroup’s custom built secure online booking portal, Enterprise, is available free of charge to all clients.
Enterprise can be used to:
- Create and manage appointment bookings in a real-time calendar (for OSHGroup locations) and generate requests for appointments at affiliate locations;
- Upload documentation relevant to the appointment;
- Track appointment and results status;
- Advise candidates of their appointment (and associated instructions) via email and text message confirmation;
- Remind candidates of their appointments via text 24 hours prior, reducing the likelihood of failure to attends.
